The hotel was beautiful small, had airy rooms. I loved the room in spectacular condition, the bed was nice. All the staff was attentive and very informative, resolved my issues. The breakfast served was rich, everything you could wish for, with superb croissants, pastries plus cakes.

The staff here were super friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Our room was a standard double, but it had a nice table that could fit 4 people. What I liked the most was that they offered a wake-up service right in the room ⏰.

The hotel's location was amazing, near ferry, bus station and all restaurants and the beach and charming Amalfi. I had the superior king room which was huge and exquisite with a view. All the staff was exceptionally nice, solved my issues.

The staff were especially welcoming and helpful. There was a bit of a problem with the wireless but this was sorted out promptly once the problem was understood. The hotel is situated in a pretty and peaceful courtyard less than a minute's walk from the main piazza. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was some building work noise outside our window one morning, which started well before 8am, though I am not sure if this was work to the hotel or a neighbouring building.

The staff at Hotel Floridiana were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The room I stayed in, Room 102, was spacious and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which offered stunning views and the option to sunbathe or relax in the hot tub. The location of the hotel was also excellent, right in the heart of the action with numerous delicious restaurants just steps away. Additionally, the hotel had a fabulous dining room where I could enjoy a fantastic breakfast.

Hotel staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help during our stay. The location was also excellent and the room was beautiful, with a huge jacuzzi bath and seating area, which really added to our experience during our stay in Amalfi.

The only thing that let the hotel down very slightly was charging for instant coffee and tea bags in the room, which I thought was a shame considering we had booked a junior suite. It was a very minor fault though, and in all we had a fantastic time.

Additionally, we discovered a charming restaurant called La Taverna di Masaniello nearby and enjoyed dining there a few times.
